Shoulder Pain

How we treat it. Shoulder and thoracic adjustments, soft tissue therapy for the rotator cuff and surrounding muscles, and movement retraining so the joint can move freely again.

Hip & Knee Pain

Joint pain in the lower body affects mobility and independence. We help restore function.

  • Sharp pain with squatting or stairs

  • Arthritis or joint wear

  • Foot mechanics loading the chain

How we treat it. Joint mobility work, soft tissue release for tight muscles pulling the knee or hip out of alignment, and strength and movement coaching that keeps you walking, hiking, and active.

Elbow & Wrist Pain

Repetitive strain and overuse respond well to targeted chiropractic care.

  • Pain with gripping or twisting
  • Tenderness on the outer or inner elbow
  • Wrist pain with typing or lifting
  • Numbness or tingling in the hand
  • Weak grip strength

Ankle & Foot Pain

From plantar fasciitis to chronic ankle sprains, we treat the foundation of your movement.

Symptoms
  • Heel pain, especially first steps in the morning
  • Ankle instability or chronic sprains
  • Achilles tightness or tenderness
  • Foot fatigue with walking or standing
  • Pain along the arch
Causes
  • Old sprains that never fully healed
  • Footwear issues and arch support
  • Movement compensations up the chain
  • Overuse or sudden activity changes
  • Tight calves and limited ankle mobility

How we treat it. Joint mobilization for the ankle and foot, soft tissue work along the calf and plantar fascia, and strength and balance training so the foundation under you is stable and responsive.
